Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation may not be possible because our products are consumable food products.
Where a cancellation is accepted and payment has already been made, the applicable refund will be processed through the original payment method or payment gateway.

Because Dr-Chef sells consumable food and nutrition products, products cannot ordinarily be returned or exchanged after delivery.
We do not accept returns due to change of mind, taste preference, incorrect product selection or products that have been opened or partially consumed.
